Description
These are high-ranking Executive Branch epaulettes. They feature four or more gold stripes (Image 27 has four, Image 29 appears to show four) and are crowned with the Naval Executive Loop/Curl. The broad, flat gold stripes and the meticulously embroidered curl denote a high-level command officer, such as a Captain or, with an additional thinner stripe (not clearly visible but typical for the next rank), a Commodore.
